Shopping For Window Blinds

Every now and then my wife and I decided it's time for a change. This past weekend while visiting their favorite home improvement center we decided it was time we made some remodeling changes in our home. We began by shopping for window blinds and new flooring. While it doesn't seem possible shopping for window blinds was more difficult than the flooring. We literally had our new flooring picked out in about 45 minutes and spent the remaining three hours in the store choosing new window blinds.

When you're choosing new flooring essentially choose one type of flooring for the whole house. We have 19 windows in our house and that means we needed window blinds for 19 different decors. That is quite the challenge for anyone. We are both do-it-yourself type of individuals and installing these window blinds is going to take some time. We probably could have saved quite a bit of money that we done some shopping online for our new blinds.However, the wife likes to touch and feel her new blinds. By the way there's nothing really cheap about buying window blinds. Lesson learned.
